Typical roof life expectancies range from 20 to 30 years based upon several factors, which include: (1) quality of the roof product and construction installation; (2) wear and tear due to foot traffic for operations and maintenance access to rooftop equipment; and (3) long-term weather conditions and resultant impacts. This project addressed the Stahl Elementary School Re-Roofing and Roof-Related Work Project, which included a total roof replacement area of 90,135 sq. ft.
