North East ISD is committed to safety and security.

We understand the vital role we play in the lives of our students, staff and their families.

So, here are a few things we are doing to help keep everyone safe.

North East Police Department (NEPD) Officers are stationed at every high school and middle school campus.

Additional officers constantly patrol and visit every elementary campus.

We conduct safety and security audits and check all external and classroom doors.

We train all staff and students on the Standard Response Protocol.

We screen visitors through our school safety and screening software, Raptor Technologies.

All visitors must show identification when entering a school.

It takes all of us to be #NEISDsafe.

If you see something, say something.

The North East Tip Line (neisd.net/tipline) gives you a safe and confidential way to report a wide variety of safety concerns.

You can also call the NEPD non-emergency line at 210-407-0925.
