I am looking forward to a great year with Johnson students and parents! Go Jags!

Before joining the Johnson High School Administrative Team in 2016, I was the Assistant Director at The Academy of Creative Education (ACE) for four years. I joined the North East ISD family in 2008 as an English teacher for the STEM Academy at Lee High School.

Although I was born in New Hampshire, I grew up in Germany and California as my father was in the US Army.  I graduated in 1994 from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in English and earned a Master’s Degree in Education Leadership in 2012 from University of Texas at San Antonio. Prior to becoming an educator, I worked as a Media Manager in the Advertising field on a variety of clients. 

My husband, Brett, and I have one son, Asa, who is in elementary school.  My family lives in Boerne, Texas.
