Last Thursday, we had guest speakers from prior years class volunteered to come and speak with my class this year. They brought a custom slide show to present and gave a lecture to the students on what it was like going from a High school student in the chairs to working in the profession of public safety. Not only did the guest speakers ask questions to the students, but the students were asking a lot of questions about the industry. At this time I believe all of these guest speakers are going to return for our job fair on April the 4th with their departments.

Tamara Weiss—Paramedic for 1.5 years, was youngest in her Paramedic class at 18yr, 1of 3 women in class. Is a instructor/Preceptor at UTHSCSA Paramedic and NREMT programs
Trinity Gonzales---NREMT with Acadian Ambulance for 2years, about to graduate Paramedic school and go in for critical care Paramedic, is a F.T.O, has delivered a baby in a ambulance. And is about to buy her 1st house
Jona Macias—Fire fighter/NREMT with ESD 5, Driver pump operator and attending school for ladder Truck qualifications, Looking to start Paramedic School in May
Jose Arenas—Fire Fighter/NREMT—Driver operator/Ladder truck Operator, Just completed AEMT school(1 step below Paramedic), Is a commercial pilot, and just Bought his first house
