NESA Creative Writing has some incredible news to announce! Over the last few weeks, several of our students have won some major national and regional writing awards for their work. All of the work listed will be published.

2022 Aline B. Carter 1st Prize for Poetry -   Meredith McCrary

2022 Blank Theater National Youth Playwright Finalist – Ava Ditto (Ava’s play will be staged at the Blank Theater, in Hollywood California)

2022 Voices de la Luna  1st Place Prize for Poetry (in 2 categories) – Meredith McCrary

2022 Voices de la Luna  2nd and 3rd Place Prize for Poetry – Isabel Brown
