Immunizations

State law and NEISD policy require  medically validated up-to-date immunization records to be on file for all students.  STUDENTS WHOSE IMMUNIZATION RECORDS ARE NOT AS UP-TO-DATE AS MEDICALLY FEASIBLE WILL BE SUBJECT TO EXCLUSION FROM SCHOOL.  

If your child requires an update on immunizations during the school year, a delinquent letter will be generated by the District.  If documentation of immunizations being updated by the date as outlined in the letter is not obtained, your child will be excluded from school until the immunizations have been updated.
