ACE Students Give Back

Salvation army students Ramp build students

On Friday, January 24, twenty-two ACE students participated in two different community service events. The majority went to the Salvation Army to help restock the food pantry and prepare emergency food bags for families in need.

While this was happening at the Salvation Army, five more ACE students participated in a ramp build sponsored by the Texas Ramp Project. These ramps help the homeowners enter and exit their homes unimpeded.

ACE was founded on the concept of giving back to the community. All students are required to participate in at least six hours but are encouraged to do more.
