During this event, ISA seniors from the Class of 2025 have the opportunity to recognize educators who have made an impact on them. We are excited to celebrate our Summa Graduates and the most influential educators in their lives!
On Thursday, March 20, 2025, we will host our next ISA Community Night! ISA 9th graders will take the next steps in realizing their efforts to Make-A-Difference in our community! From baked goods and succulents, to stickers and other items visitors can take in our 9th graders’ pitches and donate for change!
Also on Thursday, ISA sophomores will present their Advocacy Fair from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Students will advocate for a people in danger of losing their land, culture, or language, and present an action plan to aid that group. All attendees will receive three (3) tickets to vote for presenters with the most persuasive arguments. Additional tickets will be available for purchase, and all funds collected from the Advocacy Fair will be donated to support the plan with the most votes. The Sophomore Team would also like to remind ISA sophomores to dress professionally for the Advocacy Fair!
Both of these annual events will take place in the LEE cafeteria this year and are open to attendees from our entire community!

Throughout our Community Night event, the Amigos will also host this year’s Silent Auction to raise funds benefiting all of our students. On Friday, March 21st, at 7:00 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) on campus, the ISA Community will celebrate the 30th year of our school’s history. The planning committee has assembled a program that celebrates our history through music, poetry, and photo reflections! Hear from members of the ISA design team about ISA’s earliest vision of our partnership with LEE High School and Trinity University. Celebrate with alumni, family, staff and guests from all three ISA decades! The evening is possible because of a committed group of current and former faculty and parents. We cannot wait to see you as we celebrate ISA!
Looking ahead, the LEE Athletics Booster Club will be hosting a fajita plate sale fundraiser on Saturday, April 5th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Plates cost $15. For more information click HERE email the LEE Athletics Booster Club at leevolsboosterclub@gmail.com.

In-person ticket sales begin on April 21st during every lunch. Students who wish to invite a guest who does not attend school at LEE/ISA/NESA/STEM can pick up an off-campus guest form in the ISA Office in early April.
Finally, yesterday 20 ISA students returned from their visit to Frankfurt, Germany! This exchange relationship is more than a decade old, and offers life changing experiences for students on both sides. We are reminded how similar we are in our shared, human experience. Many of the families of our globetrotting students will also welcome a student guest on the 2nd half of our two-way exchange experience on Wednesday, March 26th! We are so excited for this return visit from our sister school Ziehenschule!
See you all on campus at our many, many events this week!
Sincerely,
Steve Magadance and the ISA Faculty
