Coach Edna Coleman is the Athletic Co-Coordinator for Garner Middle School, where she has called home for the past 18 years. Coach Coleman always has a positive attitude and smile on her face for the students/athletes at Garner Middle School. She is always willing to help in any endeavor involving not only Garner Middle School but also NEISD Athletics.
It is said that good leaders are not heard, they are seen. This is true regarding Coach Coleman and her approach in her everyday duties as a coach and teacher on campus. The example she sets for her students and athletes is to be commended and recognized as attributes of excellent leadership.
