New Cell Phone Policy

CELL PHONE/ELECTRONIC DEVICE POLICY

Effective 2019-2020 school year, cell phones and electronic devices will not be allowed during the school day. As soon as the students enter the building (7:50a.m.) and until the final bell (3:40p.m.), cell phones and electronic devices will need to be turned off and put away. Below are the consequences for violation of this policy.

1st STEP – 1 day of before or after school detention AND parent/guardian picks up the phone/electronic device from the front office after completion of the detention.

2nd STEP – 3 days of before or after school detention AND parent/guardian picks up the phone/electronic device from the front office after completion of the detention.

3rd STEP – School keeps the phone/electronic device until the last day of school.
