Walzem Is Worth A Thousand Words
Walzem has some of the greatest young artists in the district! And now it's time to show them off!
In February, all Walzem students had an opportunity to learn about new perspectives in art through the library. They were able to use new media like chalk and oil pastels, and think about art in a new way.
Children from all classes will have art showcased at the 2025 Young Masters event, which is open to the public. This free event allows students to see their artwork up in lights!
Please plan to attend this event with your child, where they can also "sell" their art for a donation to the district, take photos, and get prizes from Mrs. Marquez at the Walzem table!
