2020-2021 Safety Patrols and Athletic Club
Safety Patrols are 4th and 5th grade student leaders. Their responsibilities include maintaining campus safety, exhibiting the 7 habits, and being a leader always. Those students help monitor different areas of our campus and assist teachers and students when help is needed. Students meet every morning and afternoon to carryout their duties.
Athletic Club is a club solely for our 5th grade students who are interested in joining middle school athletics. This club helps prepare them for what athletics will look like in middle school by taking a deeper look at middle school offered sports, and the roles within their sports. Sports practiced are: track, soccer, basketball, football, and volleyball. Athletic club will have special guests throughout the year to help us grow. Some of these guest include: players from MacArthur high school, Garner & Driscoll boy & girl coaches (the two middle schools that Oak Grove feeds in to), and more!
