Room parents work with the teacher to organize classroom parties, decorate the classroom door for special weeks, and organize surprises for the teacher during Teacher Appreciation Week and the teacher's birthday.
Even if you work, you can be a Room Parent. Room Parents are the organizers, but by sending home flyer to the class, helpers and items needed are easy to obtain.
If you are interested in helping in any way, please, let your child's teacher know (note or email). Also, make sure you are DPS cleared by NEISD. If you are not already cleared, please go the following link and submit as soon as possible:
