NEISD now offers Pre-K at 28 different campuses
North East ISD is proud to offer full-day pre-kindergarten classrooms at 27 of our elementary campuses. This is in addition the District’s new dedicated Pre-K Academy at West Avenue.
Pre-kindergarten introduces social, emotional and academic skills and concepts through research based, developmentally appropriate teaching strategies. Our classes are designed to support the Texas Pre-Kindergarten Guidelines and promote playful and purposeful classrooms.
“Pre-kindergarten is a place where curiosity, discovery and learning happen every day through curriculum-based play and hands-on activities,” said Eric Wicker, NEISD Director of Curriculum Compliance.
The following elementary campuses will have full day Pre-K.
