The MacArthur High School Varsity Boys Bowling Club team won 1st place in the Regional Competition at Bandera Bowl in Leon Valley Sunday, March 3. The MacArthur bowlers claimed first place in the first round of play and remained there for the rest of the contest. Next up, the team is headed to State in Grand Prairie on March 31.
Congratulations and good luck to bowlers Noah Brown, Nathan Robertson, Robert York, Brandon Campos, Anthony Garcia, Matthew Hsu, Nelson York, and Tanner Haag.
On the girls' team, Marisa Garcia finished in 7th place overall, just missing out on going to State. Congratulations on a great season Marisa!
