Roan Forest students make toys for Animal Defense League

The student council at Roan Forest Elementary School is fulfilling its mission to serve the school and the surrounding community by giving back to the Animal Defense League. Thanks to a generous donation, students got together to braid strips of fleece into ropes for the dogs to play with and chew on. The ropes are headed to the Animal Defense League, where dogs waiting to be adopted can enjoy them.
