Harris students organize successful sock drive

Harris Middle School student Ambassadors and PALS organized a successful sock drive for students and community members to participate in during the season of giving. Students began the two-week sock drive with a goal of collecting 200 pairs and ended with a final count of 598, nearly tripling their original goal. The socks will be donated to the North East ISD PTA Clothes Closet to help students in the NEISD community. Harris PALS, Student Council, Ambassadors, and National Junior Honor Society all worked together to promote the sock drive.
