NEISD bands place at UIL State Marching Contest

Congratulations are in order for two North East ISD high school marching bands. Students from Reagan and Johnson High Schools marched in the finals of the UIL 6A State Marching Contest Tuesday, Nov. 6. The final round was made up of the top 12 6A bands in the state of Texas.

When the final scores were announced, the Reagan High School Marching Band finished in 6^th place, and the Johnson High School Marching Band placed 7^th overall. NEISD is proud to have such talented and dedicated students, volunteers, sponsors and directors involved in its band program.
