AIM Work during School Closure

Good Afternoon,

I wanted to provide you with a current update during this unprecedented time.

Your child will have two options to continue earning credit for AIM, and that is completely up to you and your individual situations. The high tech option will be done through Google Classroom. The low tech option will require someone to go up to the school once or twice a week to get packets of work and return them. Further guidance on how this will be facilitated will be sent out by our administration, once plans have been finalized. If you have the technology capability to go with the Google Classroom option, I recommend going with that one! This will streamline the process a bit easier.

Most of our students have been taught how to access Google Classroom in other classes. The code for them to access Google Classroom for AIM is wr4ex55. If your child will be doing the high tech option for credit, please have them log on to Google Classroom and join AIM at their earliest convenience to confirm.

These next few weeks will be new for everyone (teachers, parents, and students). I thank you for your continued patience and flexibility. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions! You may email me here, or text/call my Google number (210) 802-6228. We are all navigating this new territory together.

During this time, please take all the recommended precautions to keep yourselves and your families healthy and safe. I wish you and your families the best during this time!

Thanks,

Kimberly Mendez
