North East ISD’s newest magnet program, MacUNITED Early College High School (ECHS), just got bigger.
Nearly 300 students and family members packed the MacArthur High School Auditorium for an exciting Class of 2029 ECHS Induction ceremony.
Similar to signing day, the students committed to ECHS and upholding their academic and leadership goals.
This is the second group of students getting the chance to take advantage of this unique opportunity to earn 60+ hours of college credit while in high school.
Students who complete the ECHS program at MacUNITED can graduate high school with an Associate of Arts degree in teaching or business.
