Production Periods

HEAVY PRODUCTION PERIODS:

The months of February through May are peak periods due to end of school activities (graduation, award ceremonies, etc.) June through September or October are peak periods due to beginning of school requests (Parent/Student handbooks, menus, administrative calendars, applications for free and reduced meals, health forms, etc.).

LOW PRODUCTION PERIODS:

November through January are generally low production periods. You may be able to have a job produced within a few days during low production periods and the same job might take a much longer time during heavy periods. Printing Services handles all requests on a first come, first serve basis. The demand for printing has greatly increased as the District continues to grow. Please plan ahead! Sufficient time must be allocated in order to produce quality work and meet customer deadlines.
