  2. Login using your normal credentials
  3. Select “New Request”
  4. Enter an appropriate subject
  5. Select Audio/Visual Equipment as the Main Category and then use the subsequent drop-down menus to select the specific product in need of service
  6. Provide as many details as you can in the description field (error messages, lights, sounds, experience, etc.) so that we can address your issue more efficiently.
