City of San Antonio Funds Home Asthma Education
In March of 2019 SA Metro Health (SA Kids BREATHE) begin enrolling children with asthma who live within the San Antonio city limits. The program provides in home asthma case management to identified high risk children (3-18 years) with uncontrolled asthma. Community health workers will conduct home visit and collaborate with the child's primary care provider and NEISD school nurses.
