Student Registration

Campus Registration

All new students must begin the registration process online before finalizing on campus through an appointment.

Once online registration is completed the following items need to be brought with the student at time of registration:

Birth Certificate (original and not a hospital certificate)
Social Security card
Shot record
Lease if family is renting, CPS/SAWS utility bill if family owns a home,
Driver's License or some form of identification (passport, green card etc..) if parents don't have an ID.
Withdrawal forms if student was ever at a different public school.
