Megan served as The Leader in Me Lighthouse Coordinator this school year at Roan Forest Elementary School. Her leadership as the Lighthouse Coordinator led the campus to be re-certified as a Lighthouse School. She re-established Action Teams to work collaboratively to prepare students for re-certification by Leader in Me executives. She successfully trained new staff on implementation and also coordinated and implemented a community night in the fall based around the 7 Covey Habits. This position requires a strong campus leader that can get buy in from staff and students about the importance of leadership.
