Eduardo Altamirano has proven to be one of our outstanding Watch DOGS, which you may know as “Dads of Great Students.” Eduardo is a consistent Watch DOG at Woodstone Elementary School. He spends time in P.E. interacting and helping students have fun while they exercise, he patrols the hallways, he helps custodians clean when they are short staffed, and he helps the younger children empty their food trays in the cafeteria. Recently, he was asked to work with a new student from Korea. He meets with this student at least three times a week and encourages him to practice English. This new student is flourishing and exhibiting new confidence. Woodstone is grateful to have Eduardo as such a positive influence.
