Here, Everything’s Better.
That’s the motto at H-E-B, but the same could be said at North East ISD.
Recently, Sarah Chavez, the Central Checkout Lead at H-E-B #24 visited students at Olmos Elementary School for Career Day.
She explained the store’s history and talked to the students about all the options H-E-B partners have for employment, including architects, chefs and pharmacists.
“I had a blast with the kiddos,” said Chavez. “They all surely were engaged and excited.”
NEISD’s mission is to partner with parents and our community to challenge and encourage students to achieve and demonstrate academic excellence, technical skills and responsible citizenship. And that starts in elementary school. We couldn’t accomplish our mission without our incredible community partners like H-E-B.
