Saturday, May 1, 2021: Joint General, Special, and Charter Election
Voter Registration Information: To vote in Texas, you must be registered. Simply pick up a voter registration application, fill it out, and mail it at least 30 days before the election date.
Early Vote Period: Monday, April 19, 2021 – Tuesday, April 27, 2021
Election Day: Saturday, May 1, 2021
On election days, the polls shall remain open from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM.

All campaign/election signage and material restriction, removal, etc., should be in accordance with laws set forth by the Texas Secretary of State, and including, but not limited to the North East Independent School District (NEISD) Administrative Regulation GKD (R).

- Last Day to Apply for Ballot by Mail (Received, not Postmarked): Tuesday, April 20, 2021
- Last Day of Early Voting by Personal Appearance: Tuesday, April 27, 2021
- Last day to Receive Ballot by Mail: Saturday, May 1, 2021 (Election Day) at 7:00
