Title IX

The North East ISD prohibits discrimination, including harassment, against any student or employee on the basis of sex. All students have a right to participate in District educational programs and school-related activities free from all forms of retaliation sexual harassment, and dating violence. Retaliation against anyone involved in the complaint process is a violation of District policy and is prohibited.
