Partnership Opportunities

Partnerships between a business and a school district or individual campuses are crucial for long-term, reciprocal relationships. When you choose to partner with North East ISD, you'll offer an invaluable service to our students, teachers, employees, and campuses in various ways.

By partnering with us, your business brand can reach over 8,400 staff members, including over 4,000 teachers, through NEISD’s Perks website, and you could have the opportunity to interact with staff and leadership in a variety of ways!

Here are just a few ways you can make a difference by becoming a fantastic NEISD partner:

  • mentor, provide internships to students and/or externships to teachers,
  • volunteer at a district/campus-sponsored event,
  • be a guest speaker (not applicable for staff and faculty professional development),
  • offer “Perks” to NEISD teachers and staff,
  • sponsor an event such as:
    • provide breakfast or lunch for teachers, principals, and NEISD leadership,
    • donate gift cards for teacher appreciation events,
    • become a vendor at our summer teacher and leadership seminars.
  • Becoming a vendor by offering transactional services to district employees (Purchasing and Acquisition Rules Apply)

Partnership Guidelines

  • Partners volunteering or working at any of our campuses must complete a Background Check, which can be found on the NEISD website under the Volunteer Program in the Community tab.
  • All partners must complete an online Partnerships Application Form. Once the application is approved, it will be public on the internal NEISD website for NEISD employees.
  • Partners are responsible for managing their profile and consistently editing information as promotions expire.
  • The District holds the right to refuse any inappropriate offers and cancel or remove any Partners in Education (PIE) profile at any point without any specific reason.
  • District staff will review any correspondence directed to staff and students.
    • Flyers for students and families must be approved by the NEISD Procurement Department (NEISD Policy for Distribution of Non-school Literature). Please submit your request for flyer approval through our webpage: Procurement Page. Once approved, the principal of each campus will determine if the flyer will be placed in the front office.
    • Partnership questions directed toward staff should be emailed to ovalan@neisd.net.

Perks Program Guidelines

A Perk provided by the company/partner is a discounted offer for NEISD employees.

  • All Perks will automatically expire upon the expiration date entered for the offer or after 12 months. The company/partner is responsible for updating or re-establishing a new Perk.
  • Companies/partners must re-enroll annually to maintain active status in the program.
  • NEISD does not endorse the products or services the company/partner provides.
  • NEISD assumes no obligation or liability from any transaction between a company/partner and an NEISD employee.
  • The company/partner cannot offer Perks on objectionable products or services such as alcohol, illegal substances, firearms, gambling services, adult entertainment, cigarettes, or other tobacco products, etc. NEISD reserves the right to deny offers our District deems inappropriate.
  • Perks and discounts for NEISD employees MUST include the following:
    • Company and Contact Information to include company name, contact name, email, company phone number, contact’s mobile number, and valid mailing address
    • Electronic marketing (PDF or JPG/PNG format only) to include:
      • description of the discounted service or service being offered,
