APEX IS HERE!

TODAY we kick-off our Apex Leadership Co. program and fundraiser that will be at our school for the next two weeks! The leadership habits will teach our students to rise AS ONE as they raise pledges for our all-school Fun Run event on Thursday, September 2.

GETTING STARTED:

1. LOGIN at MyApexEvent.com using the access code found on the front of the pledge kit. (This is a lanyard that your child is bringing home Monday, August 23rd.)
2. GET PLEDGES from family and friends! Students raise pledges for laps they complete on Thursday, September 2. Sponsors can either make a flat donation in any amount or pledge per lap. If sponsors make a pledge per lap, their credit card will be charged AFTER the Fun Run event.

• A $30 flat donation is equivalent to a $1 per lap pledge for prize calculation.
• ALL donations should be made online on students’ pledge pages.
• Students will average between 26 and 36 laps and be capped at 36.

3. USE SHARE WIZARD feature to send a link of students’ donation pages via email, text, and social media.
4. GEAR UP on Fun Run Day by volunteering or cheering for our students. The Apex team will host an exciting event for our students.

• 7:45 am for 1^st & 2^nd
• 8:45 am for 4^th & 5^th
• 9:45 am for Kindergarten & 3^rd

RAISING FUNDS:

• Your donations will help to pay for Field Trips and Campus Supplies for Teachers and Students.
• In addition, 10% of the total funds raised will go directly to each teacher to use in the classrooms.
