Students Share their Habits on Leadership Day

Wednesday, February 12th, was Leadership Day at Castle Hills. Students invited their parents and guardians to experience the Habits through activities around the school. Students shared their Leadership Notebooks, goals, and celebrations through student-led conferences. Families then walked our new track to “Sharpen the Saw” and find balance through exercise. They also created a tableau, played games, planted seeds, and painted together. Each activity was tied back to one of the Habits.

As a certified Lighthouse school, we embed the 7 Habits into everything we do. Students have classroom and school-wide leadership roles, common language is woven throughout the curriculum, and the inspirational leadership quotes are written on the walls.
