Keep your eyes peeled – soon two pieces of art by North East ISD students will be featured on VIA buses and tote bags across San Antonio. The art contest sponsored by Go Public centered around the theme, “Inspiring Kindness, Beauty and Joy.”
Madison High School senior Lillian Davis titled her piece, “A Kind Gesture.” Emma Richter, a junior in the Engineering & Technologies Academy (ETA) at Roosevelt High School, named her piece, “Dexter.”
Lillian and Emma’s art were two of just 18 pieces selected from submissions from students across the city. They’ll each receive a tote bag with their art on it during a bus reveal event on April 30th.
