Congratulations to the Roosevelt High School Riderettes and San Juan Guard Drill Teams! Both teams placed in nearly every division they competed in at the All-Service and Army National Championships.
The Riderettes achieved their ultimate goal of becoming the Unarmed Division Overall Army Nationals Champions. The Riderettes placed 1st in Exhibition, 2nd in Inspection, and 4th in Regulation. The San Juan Guard placed 1st in Regulation, 2nd in Exhibition, and 3rd in Inspection. The Armed Drill team won 2nd place overall.
In the All-Service contest, the Riderettes placed 1st in the Commander’s Cup, 1st in Regulation, 1st in Exhibition, and 4th in Inspection - putting the team 3rd overall. The San Juan Guard placed 4th in Inspection and 4th in Exhibition.
