Peer Assistant Leadership
The PAL program began with the belief that students can and do make a positive difference in the lives of other students. The primary role of the PAL is not that of an on-campus advice-giver, but of a person who encourages other students to make more informed, responsible, and constructive decisions. We use the term “peer helper” or “peer facilitator” rather than a counselor. Most importantly, PALs are role models and friends!
