Welcome to my webpage. I graduated from Texas State University in 1986 with a degree in accounting. After college, I went to OCS and was commissioned as a naval officer. After my service, I worked as an accounting manager before going back to school to get my teacher certification. I received my post baccalaureate teacher certification in mathematics (6th-12th grade) from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1997.

This will be my 25th year to teach high school mathematics and my 19th year to teach at Churchill High School. I teach AP Statistics and Pre-Calculus. AP Statistics is an introductory college level business statistics course. Pre-Calculus is the study of the mathematical prerequisites for calculus, including extending and integrating concepts from algebra and geometry.
