North East ISD families are uniting to take a stand against drugs. Each NEISD school shows their commitment to a drug-free lifestyle through the symbol of the Red Ribbon, Oct. 23-31. From painting rocks with kind messages to inviting special guest speakers, North East campuses promote Red Ribbon Week in a variety of interactive and fun ways.
This year’s theme, “Your Future Is Key, So Stay Drug Free,” is the message being shared nationwide, as citizens across the country come tougher to keep children, families and communities safe, healthy and drug-free, through parent training, networking and sponsoring the National Red Ribbon Campaign.
