LEE Volunteers mom makes an impact
Cynthia Crowe has a few close ties to Legacy of Educational Excellence (LEE) High School. One that's close to her heart is volunteering on campus.
"Volunteering is the best job. We're coming together to give back to the community and contribute to something much bigger than ourselves."
Her son is a sophomore at LEE and her husband, David Crowe, is the proud principal. While family may have brought her to the LEE campus, she's proud to be part of a community that values parent and community support.
Cynthia says volunteering is a great way to get involved, get to know people and put down roots. And it feels good to help others. At North East ISD, there’s an opportunity for everyone to make a difference.
"NEISD is all about making things better for students and the teachers. That is a worthy calling, and I want to be a part of that".
Cynthia feels very fortunate to have the opportunity to support her son, her husband, and the school. She's a proud LEE Booster member and PTA member who makes an impact at every chance she gets.
