NESA Cinema's Outsiders Film Festival

NESA Cinema Presents the 2017 Outsiders Film Festival will kick off on Sept. 21. This film festival was created to connect young filmmakers. Film students, ages 13-19 have entered and will screen their best films for all to enjoy. The Outsiders Film Festival began in 2009 as a collaboration between NESA Cinema and several other film programs. The festival accepts all genres including commercials, music videos, documentaries, and narrative shorts.
