Hello Regency Place Families! It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to stay and teach at this great school for a third year. My name is Laura Moreno, and I will be one of the special education teachers. I come to you with 10 years of teaching experience in different areas of education. I have taught: Pre-K Bilingual/PPCD, Special Education for grades Pre-K to 8th grade, and 3 years in 4th grade bilingual/dual, two of them at Regency Place. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) with my undergraduate degree in 2010 and from the University of North Texas with my graduate degree in 2016. My goal this year is to create an open, safe, and engaging learning environment for all my students by creating opportunities. I am looking forward to this exciting school year.
