Hello, I am Ms. Cano and I am new to Larkspur Elementary.  However, I have tought 4th grade bilingual and now 5th grade bilingual.  This year I will be teaching reading, writing and science to bilingual 5th graders.  I obtained my teacher certification from The University of Texas at San Antonio and worked in higher education for 15 years prior to becoming a teacher.  I am looking forward to working with my students and parents as a team in order to surf into success and have all my students graduate and move on to 6th grade.

Hola, soy Ms. Cano.    Soy una nueva maestra en Larkspur Elementary y tengo experiencia en 4o grado y 5o grado.  Voy a dar lectura, escritura, y ciencias a los estudiantes bilingues.  Hice mi certificacion en la Universidad de Texas en San Antonio y trabaje en la universidad tambien antes de ser maestra.  Estoy muy contenta de tener la oportunidad de trabajar con ustedes y los estudiantes en equipo para navegar al exito e ir al 6o grado.
