My name is Lupe M. Ybarra. I am the Family & Student Liaison at Coker and Encino Park Elementary School.  I currently have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have worked with families in various schools for the past 20 years.  As a NEISD Family Specialist, I am able to provide support and services for students and their families to help with the collaboration between school, home, and other community agencies.  I also facilitate and conduct parent-education workshops and training.  I look forward to working with you and your family this school year.
