Originally from El Paso, Tx, my musical career started when I was five learning how to play the violin with lessons from my mother. I also started to learn the cello at age 12. I graduated from Hanks HS in 1993. I graduated in 1999 from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Music Educationand also being a member of the University Symphony Orchestra. I am a member of Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Orchestra Directors Association and Phi Mu Alpha Music Fraternity.
