Mary Foster

       Hello everyone! And welcome to the new school year! I am the 7th grade ESL/PreAP Reading teacher for Nimitz and happy to be working along side supportive teachers and staff.

       I am a UTSA graduate and I am finishing my last year at Texas A&M San Antonio with a Masters degree in Education. As a first generation graduate I know how important education is and it has propelled me to become the teacher I am today. Its an amazing feeling when I know I have changed the life a child. I have been teaching secondary students for five years and have had the experience of working with pre-k4 as well. Teaching children is my passion and I can't imagen doing anything else outside of a career in education.
