• The Dual Language Program Model in NEISD is an enriched education program that provides instruction for native English speakers and native Spanish speakers in both languages.

    • English Language Learner students are identified by mandated state assessments.
    • Entrance into the Dual Language program for English speaking students is at the Kinder and 1st-grade level.
