I am entering my 16th year of teaching high school mathematics. I graduated from South San Antonio High School in 2001, received my Bachelor's in Mathematics from UTSA in 2006 and then my Master's in Educational Administration in 2014 from Texas A&M in San Antonio.
After I graduated with my Bachelor's I began teaching at the now closed West Campus High School in South San Antonio ISD. After 2 years at West Campus, I began teaching at my alma mater, South San within the same district. I was with South San ISD for 10 years before starting work at Fox Tech (ALA Magnate) for the 2016/2017 school year. After 1 year at Fox Tech, I taught at Reagan High School for 3 years and am now starting my 2nd year at DATA at Roosevelt.
I am married to my beautiful wife, Jennifer, of 8 years and we have two little ones, William who is 4 and Jackson who is 15 months as of August 2021. I have a stong passion for mathematics and love sharing it with my students.
I also enjoy running, biking, barbecuing and traveling.
