Mrs. Raquel Serna

I graduated from Law school in 2001. In 2004 I started my teaching career. In 2006, Dual Language was implemented on our school, as a pilot program in TX, and I was fortunate enough to be chosen to start and develop the program in that District. In 2016 my husband was relocated to San Antonio, TX and we found a great community for our family, Stone Oak Elementary, which I'm proud now to be a part of it as a 3rd grade Dual Language teacher.
