Welcome Cibolo Green Champions!  I am thrilled to be returning for my 9th year at Cibolo Green as one of your counselors.  I consider myself one of the most fortunate people in the world to have my job; hence, I truly love being a school counselor!!!  I am afforded the awesome opportunity of empowering children every day in becoming responsible and productive lifelong learners!

I have been a school counselor for over 18 years in our awesome North East I.S.D.  Prior to counseling, I taught high school for 5 years.  The most important quote that I try and live by is “Students don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”  ---Anonymous

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and my Master of Science degree from Texas A&M at Kingsville.

I married an awesome individual, Edward, over 29 years ago.  We were blessed with two beautiful children.  My daughter, a graduate of Texas State University, is 28 years old; and my son, a student at U.T.S.A., is 19 years old.  My daughter and son-in-law has blessed us with 2 lovely grandchildren, Brooklynn and Troy.

I want our students to know that I am here first for children.  I love my CG Champions J!!!
