Victoria Sommers
I graduated with a B.S. in education from Concordia University, Austin. I have 10 years teaching experience in the elementary classroom, 3 years as a special ed teacher and 12 years experience as an art teacher. I enjoy being a parent, hiking, trail running, rock hounding, gardening and of course, anything to do with visual arts. This will be my 9th year at Tejeda.
I believe the best art makes you proud to be human! In my class your child will express themselves creatively while learning the basic fundamentals of art. My goal is to help your child discover themselves and encourage their success as middle school students while we work through the creative process together. It is an honor to teach art and work with the students and parents of our community.
