This is my 29th year of teaching and coaching, and my 24th year in NEISD(year 21 at Tejeda).  I am the co- athletic coordinator and Physical Education/Health Department head at Tejeda M.S. and teach 6th grade Physical Education/Pre-athletics and health, and coach 7th and 8th grade athletics, including cross country, basketball, and track.    

I have a passion for athletics.  I played college basketball at West Texas A&M.  I love being around all kinds of sports and being active with my family. 

Most Importantly, I have been married to an amazing man, Mike Dutson, for 22 years.  He just retired from 34 years and coaching.  My twin daughters are 21 and both attending college.   My step-son Dillon is 26 and lives in Keystone, Colorado.  We have a golden retreiver named Rusty, and a male French Bulldog named Dior.
